Multiply

Multiply is the new national programme focused on improving adult numeracy skills. Whether that be improving household finances, helping children with homework, making more sense of the facts in the media, or improving numeracy skills specific to a line of work. It is targeted at adults aged 19+ who need to improve their numeracy (up to and including Level 2) and supports both the employed and the unemployed.

Multiply offers easy access to free numeracy courses and initiatives that can help you brush up your maths skills and help you become more confident with numbers. Whether you need help in managing your bills, budgeting or you want to improve your potential at work.

If you’re aged 19+ and do not already have a GCSE at grade C (or equivalent) in maths, Multiply is available to you.

With funding through the North of Tyne Combined Authority, we are delivering a wide range of courses and workshops, in venues across Northumberland, North Tyneside and Newcastle, designed to take the fear out of maths and make learning fun.
